1. General Rules

1.1 Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API. Non-runner no bet.

1.2 A Tattersals Rule 4 (Deduction) may apply to Outright and Group markets in the event in the event of a withdrawn team or player, please see Horse Racing rules for rule 4 scale.

1.3 A match will be treated as a non-runner unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.

1.4 If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual starting time will be void. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand.

1.5 If a player or team is given a walkover on at least one map before the match starts, all bets will be void.

1.6 If no action takes place in a Map, then all bets on that Map will be void

1.7 If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical problem, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the official result. All In-Play bets on the affected match or map will be void unless the outcome is already determined, and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.

2. Match Markets

2.1 Bets are void if the statutory number of maps are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.

2.2 If a match is won by a team surrendering, all match bets will stand as long as Map 1 starts. If a team surrenders before the start of a match, all bets are void. Any markets that cannot be resulted due to the surrender are void.

2.3 Bets will be void if the fixture is listed incorrectly. In the event of a team name change occurring as a result of a team leaving an organization, joining another organization or officially changing their name, all bets will stand.

3. Streaming

3.1 Events that are streamed, are streamed from a third party and may not be the fastest available feed.

4. FIFA

4.1 Match Winner (2-Way and 3-Way) settlement will be based on the official score at the end of regulation time and does not include extra-time, penalty shoot out, golden goal or replays.

5. League of Legends

5.1 First Blood markets: Only kills by the opposition team / player will count.

5.2 Kill markets: Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast or game API.

5.3 Monster markets: Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast or game API.

5.4 Structure markets: For settlement purposes, all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team, regardless of whether the last hit was from a Champion or Minion.

5.5 Map Total number of Inhibitors Destroyed Over/Under; Total number of Inhibitors(objective in the game) destroyed in one Map - Over/Under. For number of inhibitors destroyed, each of the six inhibitors counts only once, even if it is destroyed, respawns and is destroyed again.

5.6 Map Total number of Towers Destroyed Over/Under; Total number of Towers(objective in the game) destroyed in one Map - Over/Under.

5.7 Surrender: In the event of surrender, all markets (unless otherwise stated) will be settled on outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API. Bets on ‘Next’ and ‘Time’ based markets will be void. The final number of Towers and Inhibitors destroyed will be settled on the minimum number of Towers and Inhibitors necessary to win the map at the point of surrender. These additional buildings will be treated as though destroyed by the winning team, and are limited to five Towers and one Inhibitor.

5.8 All time based bets are settled on the in-game clock. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.

5.9 If ‘Chronobreak’ is used to return a map to an earlier state, all markets will be settled based on events after the point at which the map clock was reverted to. If ‘Chronobreak’ is used to disregard in-game events e.g. Towers destroyed, Dragons slain; they will not count for settlement purposes.

6. Counter Strike /CSGO

6.1 Where Overtime can be played, this will be included in the settlement of markets.

6.2 Map/Round Betting - Bets are void if the statutory number of maps/rounds are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes.

6.3 Round Betting - If a round is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical issue, pre-game and In-Play Next Round bets will stand on the replayed round in accordance with the official result. In-Play bets on Current Round markets will be void, and the replayed round will be treated as a separate entity.

7. DOTA2

7.1 Kill markets: Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast or game API.

7.2 'Roshan' markets are determined by the team to slay Roshan, and not who picks up the Aegis of the Immortal, Refresher Shard or Cheese.

7.3 Surrender: In the event of surrender, all markets (unless otherwise stated) will be settled on outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API. Bets on ‘Next’ and ‘Time’ based markets will be void.

7.4 All time based bets are settled on the in-game clock. Events occurring prior to creeps spawning are included for settlement purposes.

8. StarCraft II

8.1 Map Betting: In the event of a draw, the Map Winner market will be voided.

9. Call of Duty

9.1 Hardpoint: Settlement of the handicap market is based on the final points score at the end of the specified map.

9.2 Search and Destroy: Settlement of the handicap is based on the final round score of the specified map.

9.3 Capture the Flag: Settlement of the handicap market is based on the total flags captured at the end of the specified map.

9.4 Gridiron/Uplink/Blitz: Settlement of the handicap market is based on the total flags captured at the end of the specified map.

10. NBA2K

10.1 All settlement includes Overtime if played.

11. Rainbow Six

11.1 All settlement includes Overtime, unless the Draw participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on regulation time only.
