How we process your bet

Learn what determines whether your bet is accepted, reviewed, or rejected.

When you place a bet, it goes through a validation process before being accepted.

How do I know whether my bet will be accepted?

When you place a bet, it goes through a validation process before being accepted.

The following factors determine whether your bet is accepted:

  • Available funds in your account

  • Price availability at the time of placement

  • Stake limits

  • Market conditions

Note: If your account has insufficient funds to cover your stake, your bet will not be accepted. In this circumstance, any deposited funds may be withdrawn.

Manually approved bets

In some cases, a trader may be required to manually approve your bet. This may cause a short delay before your bet is confirmed.

If a price change occurs during the review window, the odds at the time of submission will be honoured, regardless of whether you have Accept Price Changes enabled.

If you would prefer that bets requiring manual approval are not reviewed by a trader, contact Customer Service. In this case, any bet that would require manual approval will be system managed, meaning it will be rejected or re-offered with a reduced stake.
