If you are having difficulties when placing a bet in running there are several possible causes:
1. The market is suspended - You will be unable to bet if a market is suspended; in football it may be that a goal has just been scored, a penalty awarded, corner is given, etc. When a market is suspended the betting options will be grey and you will unable to click on them, the markets will return when betting is available again.
2. Price change - In running events have constantly changing prices to reflect a games progress, if your bet has been subject to a price change you will be notified when attempting to confirm the bet. You will be given the option to agree to the new price on the bet-slip, if you agree to the changes click 'Accept' and confirm your bet again. The bet will now be placed at the amended price.
3. Multiple bets - If you are attempting to place an accumulator then it is more susceptible to price changes, because of this you may have to wait much longer for the bet to be confirmed as each selection needs to be individually approved by a trader, this will mean the loading circle will keep spinning. The bet slip will show 'Placing your bet in X seconds' and the countdown may restart several times before the bet is confirmed.
Please be patient and your bet should be accepted. If the bet is consistently subject to a price change try removing a selection or two to improve your chances of the bet being accepted, every second counts with in running bets.
