If we need to verify your payment method, you will be notified with details of how you can securely provide the required document as per below:

A screenshot of your online statement, detailing your name, address and your recent deposit(s) into your BV Gaming account. Alternatively, if you do not have online banking, you can provide a paper statement showing your recent deposit(s) and ensuring your name and address details are visible.
