How withdrawals work across different regions

General withdrawal conditions (all jurisdictions)

The following conditions apply to all customers, regardless of jurisdiction:

  • We reserve the right to cancel and re-process withdrawals in order to comply with card scheme rules.

  • We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred as a consequence of complying with these regulations.

  • Wherever possible, withdrawals must be returned to the original method of deposit used to fund your account.

  • Documents may be requested at any time to ensure the security of all customers.

Processing and security

  • Withdrawal approval may take up to 24 hours due to compliance and security checks.

  • On occasion, withdrawals may be cancelled to allow for additional verification checks.

  • In such cases, funds will be returned to your account pending the investigation.

  • We reserve the right to withhold funds if irregularities are identified.

Fraud prevention

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud:

  • If funds are deposited and not used before a withdrawal is requested, we may:

    • request verification documents

    • carry out full identification checks

    • request reimbursement of any merchant charges incurred

  • Responsibility for all funds lies with the account holder and any bets placed will stand.


Payment methods by jurisdiction

United Kingdom

Bank transfer (BACS)

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days

  • Fees: free

Customers with a UK bank account should use the BACS withdrawal facility wherever possible.

Ireland, New Zealand and rest of world

International wire transfer

  • Processing time: 2–5 working days

  • Fees: subject to bank charges

  • Transfers are processed in your account’s local currency.

  • Charges may vary depending on your financial institution.

Canada

Interac e-Transfer

  • Processing time: typically within 1 hour of approval

  • Security: bank-level encryption and multi-layer authentication

  • Method: use your email address or mobile number

  • Convenience: Autodeposit can be enabled to receive funds without answering security questions

To use this method:

  • you must first complete a deposit via Interac

  • this securely links your account for withdrawals

Finland

Trustly

  • No registration required

  • Uses your existing online banking credentials

  • Regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority

  • Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval

To enable withdrawals:

  • you must first complete a successful deposit using Trustly


Global payment methods

Debit card fast funds (Visa and Mastercard)

  • Processing time: typically within 30 minutes of approval

  • Availability depends on your issuing bank

  • Not all banks support fast funds

Customers are advised to check availability with their bank.

Apple Pay (iOS) and Google Pay (Android)

  • Processing time: typically within 30 minutes of approval

  • Security: tokenisation ensures card details are not shared or stored

  • Uses industry-standard encryption

Bank transfer (international)

  • Processing time: 2–5 working days

  • Fees: may apply depending on your bank

  • Payments are issued only to bank accounts held in the account holder’s name.

  • Please ensure your bank details are entered correctly in the cashier.
