How to Deposit using a Debit Card

From the top menu, click on Deposit.
Select the Visa/Mastercard icon.
Enter your card details.
Make a deposit to register the card.
Tick the box to confirm you are the owner of the payment method.
Click Deposit to complete the process.
All set! You’re ready to go.
Important:
Payment methods should be in your own name to keep everything safe and smooth.
For your security, you’ll be asked to enter your CVV number each time you use a registered card.
Deposit limits shown are default values and may differ from your personal limits.
Note: You must complete a deposit to register a new card.

How to Withdraw using a Debit Card

Sometimes banking restrictions can prevent us from sending your withdrawal back to your card. If that happens, we will simply send the funds by bank transfer to the same bank account linked to your card.
To meet card-scheme rules, we may occasionally need to cancel and re-process a withdrawal.
Follow these quick steps to withdraw your funds on desktop, iOS, or Android.
Click on My Account from the top menu.

Tap on withdraw.
Select the Visa/Mastercard icon.
Make sure you are using the correct card.
Enter the amount.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.
All done! We’re processing your withdrawal now.

Payment methods should be in your own name.
Make sure your account is verified.
Approvals can take up to 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks.
Some online banks aren’t supported yet, so please use a debit card from a traditional bank for now.
