Enhanced Due Diligence, or EDD, helps us make sure we understand our customers while they have an account with us.
We want to be confident that our customers are enjoying betting and gaming responsibly and within their means (often referred to as affordability). It’s also important that we confirm each customer is who they say they are.
Because everyone’s circumstances are different, we may ask for different information depending on factors such as deposits, win/loss ratio, or general betting behaviour. If we need any documents or additional details from you, we’ll make the process quick and straightforward with clear onsite instructions. All information you provide is treated as strictly private and confidential.
These checks are required by both the Gibraltar Gambling Commission and the GB Gambling Commission to help protect customers from spending more than they can afford. The wellbeing of our customers will always be BetVictor’s top priority.
