Why haven’t I received my welcome offer?

If you haven’t received your welcome offer, there could be a few reasons why.

Did you opt into the promotion?

To make the most of our welcome offer, you’ll usually need to opt in before you start qualifying. Any actions taken before opting in won’t count towards the promotion.

To check if you need to opt in, please read the terms and conditions on the welcome offer page before making your first deposit or placing bets. Your qualifying actions will only start counting once you’ve opted in.

You may have missed a step in the process of the offer.

In the promotion’s Terms & Conditions, the first section is called ‘What you need to do’. This shows all the steps required to claim your welcome offer.

Make sure you’ve opted in to the promotion (if needed) before completing these steps, otherwise they won’t count towards the offer. Simply follow the steps in order to successfully claim your welcome offer.

Welcome offer already used on another account.

Welcome offers are only available to new customers, and just one welcome offer is allowed per household. If you’ve previously had an account with us and claimed a welcome offer there, you won’t be eligible to claim another on a different account.
