2. How do I win The Jackpots?

3. What is the Epic Community Payout?
Unlike standard jackpots where a single player wins the entire prize, the Epic Community Jackpot distributes part of the prize among multiple players, creating more winners whenever the jackpot drops.

4. How do I qualify for a Community Payout?
To qualify for a Community Payout, players must have placed a minimum 10p Jackpot Contribution during the 24 hours before the Epic Community Jackpot drops.
An RNG will randomly determine the list of eligible community winners.
5. Do I need to be online when the jackpot drops?
No. If you are selected as a community winner, your winnings will be credited automatically to your account, even if you are not logged in when the jackpot is won.
6. What is the additional 10p I see being taken?
By opting in, an additional £0.10 will be deducted from your real money balance for every spin.
A portion of this contribution is added to the progressive jackpot pools.
Bonus funds cannot be used to fund a Jackpot Contribution.
Each Jackpot Contribution allocates 70% towards the jackpots, distributed equally across the four tiers.

7. Does this affect the base game of the slot?
The Jackpot Contribution is deducted from your balance at the same time as your game wager when you press spin.
The outcome of the Jackpot bet is completely independent of the underlying slot game.
8. What is the RTP for The Jackpots?
The Return to Player (RTP) for The Jackpots is 70%.
The jackpot RTP is independent of, and does not affect, the RTP of the casino game being played.
Players should consult the specific game rules for the RTP applicable to the underlying casino game.

9. How do The Jackpots trigger?
Jackpots are triggered randomly whenever a Jackpot Contribution is placed.
If triggered, one of the four jackpot tiers is awarded at random.
When a jackpot round is triggered, a prize wheel will appear showing the prizes available. Once the wheel completes its spin, any winnings will be credited to your account balance as real cash with no wagering requirements.
10. Can I use bonus funds to play?
No. The Jackpots can only be played using real money.
If your real money balance is insufficient to cover the Jackpot Contribution after placing a wager on an eligible game, the Jackpot Contribution will not be placed.
11. What are the seed values for each Jackpot Tier?
After a jackpot has been won, it resets to its original seed value.

13. What happens if I disconnect during the Jackpot Wheel Feature?
If you disconnect during a Jackpot Wheel round, any winnings due to you will automatically be credited to your account balance.

The credit amount for your most recent round will be displayed there.
14. Can I play concurrently across all accounts I hold with BV Gaming Limited?
No. Concurrent play is not permitted.

If concurrent participation is identified, BV Gaming Limited reserves the right to:
(i) suspend or block further participation;
(ii) withhold or void any related Jackpot winnings obtained during the period of concurrent play;
(iii) reclaim any paid winnings; and/or (iv) close or restrict related accounts where appropriate.
15. Verification, Errors and Void Transactions
All Jackpot outcomes and winnings are subject to verification and confirmation by BV Gaming Limited and are final once validated.
BV Gaming shall not be liable for any incorrect or failed Jackpot outcomes caused by technical, hardware, network or display errors.
If any winnings are credited to your account in error for any reason, including settlement, system, or technical faults, such amounts shall not be valid winnings and may be reversed or reclaimed.
You agree to return any funds received in error upon request.
Where a Jackpot transaction is voided due to such error or malfunction, any corresponding Jackpot Contribution deducted will be refunded, and no entitlement to a Jackpot prize shall arise from that transaction.
