Here’s a quick overview of some of the free bet types you may see during the World Cup and how they work.

Acca Bet (Accumulator) | A multiple bet with 4 or more selections. Every selection must win for the bet to be successful |
Bet Builder Free Bet | Must be used on a Bet Builder, sometimes with multiple selections from the same match |
Correct Score Free Bet | Can be used on any Correct Score selection |
Double | A multiple bet with 2 selections. Both selections must win |
Enhanced Odds Offer or bet boost | Gives boosted odds on selected markets or teams |
First Goal Scorer | Can be used on eligible player in the first goalscorer market |
Football Free Bet | Can be used on eligible football markets |
Football Lucky Dip | Can be used on any football Lucky Dip market |
Goalscorer Free Bet | Can be used on eligible player goalscorer markets |
In-Play Football Bet | Can be used once the match has started. Markets may suspend during key moments |
Single Bet | Can only be used on one selection |
To Qualify Free Bet | Valid on To Qualify markets only, which may include Extra Time and penalties |
Treble | A multiple bet with 3 selections. All selections must win |
Using Bet Boost Tokens
Some World Cup promotions may include Bet Boost Tokens or enhanced odds offers.
When your qualifying bet settles, we will compare:
the boosted return, and
any standard market settlement rules
You will receive the higher applicable return where relevant.
Important:
Boosts are not combined with other enhanced price offers unless specifically stated.
Only one promotional enhancement will apply per qualifying selection.
Haven’t received your free bet?
Most offers require customers to:
Opt in to the promotion
Make any required deposit
Place the qualifying bet after opting in
Important:
Bets placed before opting in will not qualify.
Some offers require bets to be placed through the promotional page or link.

Only received part of your bonus?
Some World Cup promotions are credited in stages.
For example:
Part of the bonus may be credited after your qualifying bet settles
Additional rewards may be credited later in the tournament

Can’t place a bet using your free bet?
If you are unable to place a bet using your free bet, please check the following:
Your selection meets any minimum odds requirements
The market is eligible for the promotion
You are using the correct free bet type
The free bet has not expired
You have enough funds to cover any required stake outside the bonus amount

Didn’t receive a refund or cashback offer?
For refund or cashback promotions, usually only the first settled qualifying bet after opting in will count.
The refund will only apply if:
the qualifying selection loses, and
all promotion conditions have been met
