Trustly allows you to complete transactions securely without leaving BetVictor and works with most major Finnish banks.

Availability and processing time

Trustly is only available to BetVictor customers registered in Finland.

Trustly deposits can take up to 24 hours to process.

Trustly withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.

Before using Trustly

Please make sure that:

The bank account is registered in your own name.
Your BetVictor account has been verified.
Your bank supports Trustly.
Your bank’s mobile app is installed on your device.
The details on your bank account match the details registered on your BetVictor account.

How to deposit using Trustly

These steps work on all platforms: desktop version (Google Chrome), iOS App, and Android App.

From the top menu, click on Deposit.
Select the Trustly icon.
Enter the amount.
Click Deposit to complete the process.
Select your bank.
Follow the steps in your banking app to confirm the payment to complete the process.
All set! You’re ready to go.

Payment methods should be in your own name to keep everything safe and smooth.
Make sure your account is verified before adding a payment method.
Deposit limits shown are default values and may differ from your personal limits.

How to withdraw using Trustly

Click on My Account from the top menu.

Tap on withdraw.
Select the Trustly icon.
Enter the amount.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.

Important:

Payment methods should be in your own name. Corporate or business accounts aren’t accepted, even if in your name.
If you use the same bank as your deposit, your details will appear automatically. Making it even easier!
Make sure your account is verified.
Approvals can take up to 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks.
