Navigating the Safer Gambling portal

Important: All safer gambling tools you enable will automatically apply across all the accounts you hold with our BV Group brands.


Where to find our Safer Gambling portal

Click the version that’s most suitable for you.

Steps on Desktop version

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the left‑hand side, you’ll see a navigation panel. Select Safer gambling portal.

  3. A navigation panel will open showing all available safer gambling tools and features.

Steps on iOS and Android app version

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Menu.

  3. Select Safer gambling portal.

  4. A navigation panel will open showing all available safer gambling tools and features.

Note: You can also find the Safer Gambling portal by clicking on My Account → Safer Gambling. (This applies to both desktop and app versions).


How to activate some of our Safer Gambling tools

In this section, you will learn how to navigate our Safer Gambling portal to apply the following tools:

  • Deposit limits

  • Gaming time reminders

  • Time‑Out

  • Self‑Exclusion

  • Additional tools on the Safer Gambling Portal


Deposit limits

  1. Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.

  2. Click on Deposit Limits.

  3. Your current deposit limit will be displayed as Set to (for example: No Limit).

  4. Choose the timeframe you prefer (for example: Daily).

  5. Enter the amount you want to set (for example: £50)

  6. Tick the confirmation box to confirm your choice.

  7. Click Save.

  8. A notification will appear to confirm that your settings have been successfully updated.

  9. Once you close the notification, you will be able to see how your new deposit limit will be.

Note: When you already have a deposit limit active, you can also change it by going to the homepage and clicking on the Deposit Limit icon.

Tip: If you want to check the progress of your deposit limit, go to My Account → My Activity, where you can view all your deposit activity.

Note: You can lower your deposit limits at any time, and changes take effect immediately.

However, if you request an increase, this will take 24 hours to be applied. You will also need to confirm the change before the limit is increased.


Gaming time reminders

  1. Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.

  2. Click on Current time alerts.

  3. Your current time alerts will be displayed as Set to (for example: 1h).

  4. Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 30 minutes).

  5. To confirm, click on Set Alerts to 30 Minutes.

  6. A notification will appear to confirm that your settings have been successfully updated.

  7. Once you close the notification, you will be able to see your new time alert.

Important: Alerts can be set to the following intervals:

  • 10 seconds

  • 30 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • 10 minutes

  • 30 minutes

  • 1 hour


Time out

  1. Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.

  2. Click on Time out.

  3. Your current time alerts will be displayed as Active or Inactive.

  4. Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 24h).

  5. Enter your password.

  6. To confirm, click on Set Time Out for 24 Hours.

  7. A notification will appear to ensure that you want to activate the time-out.

  8. Once confirmed, a pop-up will appear letting you know the time-out has been successfully activated.

  9. Finally, your account will display the status Time-Out Active, and you’ll be able to check which features remain available during this period.

Important: After activation, your account will stay inaccessible until your chosen time frame is complete.

Note: The time-out interval can be set to the following options:

  • 24 hours

  • 48 hours

  • 72 hours

  • 7 days

  • 14 days

  • 4 weeks

  • 6 weeks

Note: While the timeout is active, a banner will display the remaining time until it ends.


Self-Exclusion

  1. Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.

  2. Click on Self-Exclusion.

  3. Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 6 months).

  4. Enter your password.

  5. To confirm, click on Set Self-Exclude for 6 months.

  6. A notification will appear to ensure that you want to activate the Self-Exclusion.

  7. Once confirmed, a pop-up will appear letting you know the Self-Exclusion has been successfully activated.

Important: The Self-Exclusion can be set to the following options:

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • 2 years

  • 5 years

Note: After activation, your account will stay inaccessible until your chosen time frame is complete.

Additional tools on the Safer Gambling Portal
